Compensation
40% - 60% Commission Scale with opportunities for quarterly raises. Based on stylist experience and sales.
10% - 20% Product Commission sliding scale, based on stylist sales.
Opportunities for stylists to have their own floor assistant, paid by the salon. Based on stylist experience and sales.
Continued education for all stylists: we have quarterly in house classes, and periodically send stylists out of state for classes. We also offer Hand tied Hair Extensions Certification for VIE Hair Extensions.
